Commentary
- 1 janulatO jEri – this can either be translated independently or attached with ‘jepp nI dAri ’. In the first case, ‘janulu ’ would mean ‘ordinary – ignorant people’; in the second case, ‘janulu ’ would mean ‘virtuous people’. Both versions are given. In some books, this has been translated as ‘I go about freely preaching Your Path’. However, ‘jeppa ’ is in negative form.
