  • 3 karagi karagi nilcu vAru – this refers to the ascetics who awaited the arrival of Rama – as given in Srimad-Valmiki Ramayana, Ayodhya Kanda, Chapter 116 and Aranya Kanda, Chapter 1 refer.
  • 4 bhU-sura – this may refer to vaziSTha, vizvAmitra, agastya and other Rishis who play prominent role in Ramayana.
  • 5 dhanapati sakhuDaina tyAgarAja arcita – In the books, this has been attributed to Lord Siva. This meaning seems to be appropriate and the same has been adopted.
