It is for the purpose of perceiving as You in all those places (in all those persons) - wherever I look, to whomsoever I speak, to whomsoever I prostrate (or salute or serve) and whomsoever I worship; O Lord well-praised by this tyAgarAja! therefore, if it is not known even to You as to why I meditated on Your Lotus Feet, what shall I do?

nI pAdAravindamunu dhyAniJcinadi
– this could be joined to ‘tOcuTanduku
’ also. In such a case, the translation will be as under -
- “Meditating on Your Lotus Feet is for the purpose of perceiving as You in all those places (in all those persons) - wherever I look, to whomsoever I speak, to whomsoever I prostrate and whomsoever I worship; O Lord well-praised by this tyAgarAja! therefore, if it is not known even to You as to why, what shall I do?”
- However, in this case, ‘enduku ’ (as to why), when joined to the Pallavi, does not complete the sense.
